Within the SONATA Horizon Project, researchers from Research[x]Design are exploring how robotic furniture can transform workspaces into adaptable environments. The focus is on enhancing productivity and comfort, enabling non-verbal communication between humans and furniture through movement.

What is the relation with ROBILE?
The  modular mobile platform played a key role in this research: It has offered a mobile platform with a flexible geometry—even as narrow as a partition wall.
